ESTIMATES
For a small diagnostic fee, we will make a trip to your home or business to assess your equipment’s current condition and offer an estimate for repair that includes labor and necessary parts. The estimate fee is to cover mileage and wear and tear to our mobile vehicle, and is considered our base price for an on-site repair visit.
MAINTENANCE
When is the last time you sharpened those blades? Is your air filter dirty? What about that oil, I bet it's been awhile and could use a change. Don't wait for your equipment to fail and need a costly repair, we offer a full-service maintenance package for all your needs. Service your equipment now so it’ll be ready when you need it!
REPAIR
If after a thorough assessment your equipment is in need of repair, we will tune up your engine as good as new on the spot if no replacement parts are necessary. If the repair is impossible without the addition of a replacement part, we will order the required parts and schedule a return appointment for installation.
SATISFACTION
We guarantee your satisfaction with our service, and if for any reason our repairs have not solved your equipment’s issues, we will make a return trip, at no additional cost, to re-assess your equipment’s condition. *This does not apply to any new problems that may arise after our initial repair.

Repair
Repair involves fixing specific issues with your equipment, addressing problems such as a faulty engine, broken parts, or other mechanical failures. If your equipment doesn't start or runs erratically, has broken or missing parts then it will need a repair.
Service
Service encompasses routine maintenance to keep your equipment running smoothly and prevent future breakdowns. If your equipment starts and runs normally and operates without any issues, then you want a service so you can ensure trouble free operation of your equipment when it's needed most.

When do you need pay a diagnostic/ trip fee?
Any time a repair is needed, a diagnostic fee is necessary so we can properly diagnose the parts and repairs required.
The diagnostic fee is our minimum price for any repairs, regardless of how minor the repair or how quickly it’s completed.
When do you NOT need to pay a diagnostic/ trip fee?
A trip fee will not be charged in the event of our error or if rescheduling is required after arrival.
If our repair fails to fix your issue the first time, return trips are on us. *This does not apply to any new problems that may arise after our initial repair.
